SB113 would prohibit all diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in public education.

Status

SB113 was introduced on February 25, 2025, and was assigned to the Senate Education Committee on February 26. The bill had it's first (sponsor) hearing on March 4, 2025, and second (proponent) hearing on March 25, 2025.
