US House Bill 2452 (HR2452) - Keep Our Girls Safe Act of 2025

For the purposes of Title IX, limits consideration of sex and gender to "biological sex" (sex as assumed/assigned at birth).

HR2452 would define "sex" in Title IX as "biological sex" and limit that to male and female only.

HR2452 was introduced in the House on March 27, 2025, and assigned to the House Education and Workforce Committee the same day.
