Prohibits the use of Federal money for “DEI Activity” in the US Armed Forces.

US House Bill 498 (HR498)

Prohibits the use of Federal Medicaid funds for gender-affirming care for minors.

US House Bill 515 - "Ensuring Military Readiness Not Discrimination Act"

Prohibits discrimination in the Armed Forces on the basis of "race, color, national origin, religion, or sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, or sex characteristics (including intersex traits))."

US House Bill 653 (HR653)

To protect children from medical malpractice in the form of gender transition procedures.

US House Bill 742 (HR742)

To prohibit Federal funds from being used to provide certain gender transition procedures to minors.

US House Bill 1139 (HR1139)

Prohibits the State Department from issuing documents with an "X" gender marker.

US House Bill 1208 (HR1208)

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to deny the trade or business expense deduction for the reimbursement of employee costs of child gender transition procedure or travel to obtain an abortion.
